● For children aged 6 and above, the same charge as adults applies. Please understand this in advance.
According to Osaka Prefecture regulations, guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to enter after 10 PM, even if accompanied by a guardian.
● Entering the number of guests will display available dates and times.

● Reservations can be made starting at 12:00, 30 days prior to the desired date, up until 30 minutes before the scheduled time of use.

● When entering your name, please ensure that the kanji and furigana are the same.
For example, if kanji is entered as “Yamada Taro” but furigana is entered as “FC Hiroshi”, it may take longer to process your reservation, and you might be placed at the end of the queue.

● To cancel a reservation, please follow the cancellation instructions in the confirmation email.
● Guests who fail to show up without canceling their reservation may be denied future reservations.
● This store is a place to enjoy the world of the collaborative project; therefore, if any behavior or conversation is deemed inappropriate, staff may ask guests to change seats or leave the premises at their discretion. Please understand this.
● “On Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and during events, it is expected to be very crowded. To allow as many guests as possible to enjoy the experience, we may deny reservations for a second visit on the same day.”
● Due to system limitations, during peak times it may appear that there are no available slots for single-person reservations. Please feel free to contact us by phone; we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
● The “LUIDA’S BAR Special Birthday Plate” is not available at the Osaka store.
