This is a very special afternoon tea where everything is white—featuring macarons, Opera pralines, poached white peaches, and savory items made with carefully selected local ingredients such as Kurotoma cheese and scallops from Funka Bay.

Of particular note is the LIVE sweets experience designed to create a magical moment. Using the summer-exclusive confection “Mifuyu Kogare Yuki” paired with a specially blended Westin tea, the chef prepares it right before your eyes.
