Cancellation Policy
◆Dining
In case of cancellation or no-show without prior notice, the following cancellation fees will be charged per person for the selected course. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation, it may be automatically cancelled. Please be sure to contact us by phone if you will be late.
Cancellation Fee: 100% on the day of the reservation, 50% the day before
For reservations for seating only: Lunchtime: ¥8,000/person, Dinnertime: ¥25,000/person

◆Private Rooms
Changes in the number of people will be handled in the same way as the dining room.

If you have any allergies to any ingredients, please let us know in advance. Depending on the course, we may not be able to accommodate your request, so we will contact you if this is the case. If you have allergies, we will ask you to fill out and sign a "Consent Form" after you arrive at the restaurant. Please pay for food and drinks at the restaurant on the day of your visit. The amount held at the time of booking will be released by your card issuer; timing varies from a few days to a few weeks.
