Cancellation policy

◆Dining
In the event of cancellation or no-show without notice, the cancellation fee for the selected course per person will be charged as follows. If you are 30 minutes late for your reservation, your reservation may be automatically canceled, so please be sure to contact us by phone if you are going to be late.
Cancellation fee: 100% on the day, 50% the day before
If reserving only a seat Lunch time: ¥8,000/person Dinner time: ¥25,000/person

If the number of people changes, the same as for the dining room.
Cancellation of private rooms
・From 6 days before to the day before the event date → 50% of the course fee
・On the day of the event → 100% of the course fee
