Cancellation Policy
◆Dining
In case of cancellation or no-show without prior notice, the following cancellation fees will be charged per person for the selected course. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation, it may be automatically cancelled. Please be sure to contact us by phone if you will be late.
Cancellation Fee: 100% on the day of the reservation, 50% the day before
For reservations for seating only: Lunchtime: ¥8,000/person, Dinnertime: ¥25,000/person

◆Private Rooms
Changes in the number of people will be handled in the same way as the dining room.
Private Room Cancellation
・6 days to 1 day before the reservation date → 50% of the course price
・On the day of the reservation → 100% of the course price
