Reservation
●We are a reservation-only .
●We may not be able to serve your dish if you are late, or we may have to ask you to hurry.
●The dishes may not be served if you are late, or we may have to ask you to hurry. We will serve the dishes in a timely manner so that they do not get cold, so on average, we allow enough time for the dishes to be served, but depending on the pace of your meal, there may be times when the dishes overlap.
(We recommend that you allow approximately 3 hours for your meal.)
●If we are unable to contact you after the reserved time, we may have no choice but to treat your reservation as cancelled.
●Please note that we may not be able to accept changes to the menu due to allergies because we use seasonal ingredients in our menu. We ask for your understanding in advance.
●Please be sure to inform us in advance of any changes to the menu due to allergies, etc., as we cannot accept such changes on the day of the event.
If you use JACCS, debit card, or some prepaid cards, the amount will be deducted when the reservation is confirmed, but the amount will be refunded about one month after your visit to the restaurant.

●Cancellation up to 3 days prior to the reserved date is free of charge.
●Cancellation 2 days prior to the reserved date: 50% of the course price + tax (for the number of guests)
　100% of the course price + tax (for the number of persons) for cancellations made the day before or on the day of the reservation.

Cancellation of Corona will also be subject to a charge.
