Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Kaiseki Masago. Our restaurant offers fully private rooms where guests can enjoy complete privacy. These spaces are ideal for a wide range of occasions—from weekday business entertainment to special family celebrations on weekends.

We’ve prepared everything needed to meet various requirements:

■ Seating arrangements (fully private rooms & counter)
· Fully private rooms (with doors): We offer rooms accommodating 4 or 6 guests; these can host up to 10 guests in total. Perfect for business entertainment, negotiations, engagement ceremonies, introductions between families, first-food ceremonies, Shichi-Go-San celebrations, and more—all in a quiet, undisturbed environment.
· Whitewood counter (6 seats): A prime spot where guests can watch the chef’s skillful preparations firsthand.

■ Peace of mind for business use & entertainment
· Invoice issuance compliant: We smoothly issue receipts meeting all requirements for the invoice system.
· Gift items available: You may also pre-order homemade gifts such as “chirimen sansho” or seasonal pound cakes for your valued guests.

■ Important notes regarding families with children
To ensure comfort for all guests, we impose the following age restrictions:
· Weekdays [evening]: Only children aged 10 or older who can order from the same menu as adults are permitted.
· Lunchtime & weekends/holidays: No age restrictions apply. We also offer children’s meals, kids’ plates, and celebratory dishes for events like Shichi-Go-San (please select from available options).

■ Cuisine & allergy accommodations
We serve authentic kaiseki cuisine using carefully selected natural seafood and pesticide-free ingredients. Should any guests have allergies or dietary restrictions, please specify them in the “special requests” field during booking or call us in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate such needs.

<Important notes>
▶ The regular menu is available both at lunch and dinner. For groups of 11 or more, please contact us by phone. Even if private rooms are fully booked, we may be able to arrange semi-private seating or a private dining area.
▶ A 10% service charge applies separately.
▶ For special celebratory menus (e.g., first-food ceremonies, Shichi-Go-San), please inquire by phone.
▶ For funeral-related gatherings, feel free to call us regarding requests such as separate meals for mourners or table arrangements.
▶ Dinner reservations are mandatory; last-minute requests may still be accommodated if you call ahead. At lunch, some menu items can be ordered even without prior reservation.
▶ Depending on reservations and crowd levels, seating times may be limited as noted below.
▶ If we cannot reach you 30 minutes past your reserved time, your reservation may be canceled. Please notify us if you’ll be arriving late.

▶ Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation fee: Same-day cancellations incur 100% of the reserved course price; cancellations made the day prior incur 50%. Additionally, for private bookings of 10+ guests, a 20% cancellation fee applies starting five days prior.
▶ Menu offerings may vary depending on ingredient availability.
