For the main course, we feature fillet mignon from the rare Olive Beef raised in the bounty of Sanuki, known for its particularly delicate texture and refined flavor. This beef is aged at ice-temperature to lock in the umami, and then carefully prepared on a teppanyaki grill.

The soft texture and deep aftertaste will deliver a blissful moment befitting a special evening.
