●In order to ensure a quiet and relaxing dining experience, we do not allow children under elementary school age to visit our restaurant. Each month, our chef's creative dinner course changes based on a different prefecture, utilizing the region's seasonal ingredients and traditional techniques.

For the main course, we offer a sirloin steak made from rare domestic Japanese Black beef, Olive Beef, raised on the bounty of olives, which has been ice-aged to bring out its utmost flavor.

For the main course, we feature fillet mignon from the rare Olive Beef raised in the bounty of Sanuki, known for its particularly delicate texture and refined flavor. This beef is aged at ice-temperature to lock in the umami, and then carefully prepared on a teppanyaki grill.
