This reservation-only restaurant is based on the concept of "Japanese and Kyoto culture and wagyu beef." The wagyu beef used is special cuts of Kobe beef. Female staff dressed in kimonos will prepare a luxurious, authentic shabu-shabu dish right in front of you. We also offer sake and wine carefully selected by our sommelier to complement the rich flavor of the Kobe beef.
