▶ Please note that we do not offer refunds for prepayments for changes or cancellations after your reservation.

【Private Reservation Plan Information】

Groups with children under 6 years old must use the private room plan.
Entry is not possible with the standard plan only.

Private reservations are accepted up to two months in advance.
Staff will check availability and send you a link for prepayment instructions.

【Visiting the Store】
▶ Guests under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
▶ Please note that we are unable to provide restroom facilities.
▶ All tickets are for a 30-minute period (including entry and exit). Late arrivals will not be granted an extension.
▶ Our store operates on a strict rotation system. Entry begins 5 minutes before the scheduled time. There is no waiting area; all guests must line up outside before entering. Guests must leave 5 minutes before closing time.
▶ Please be sure to read the terms and conditions before enjoying the store.
Please note that due to Samoyed circumstances, there may be fewer Samoyeds in the store.
