▶ Please note that refunds for prepaid amounts are not possible in cases of changes or cancellations after a reservation has been made.

Private rental plans can be reserved starting two months in advance.
Our staff will check availability and send you a link for prepayment.

【Important Notes for Visitors】
▶ Guests aged 14 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
▶ We are unable to provide restroom access to external visitors; please understand.
▶ All tickets are valid for a 30-minute period (including entry and exit times). No extensions can be granted even if you arrive late.
▶ Our shop operates on a strict rotation system. Entry is permitted starting 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time. There is no waiting area, so guests must line up outside until their turn. Exit must occur 5 minutes before the allotted time ends.
▶ Please review our terms and conditions carefully before enjoying your visit.
Due to circumstances involving the Samoyeds, there may be times when they’re not present or when the number of dogs available is limited; please understand this.
