▶ Advance reservations are available up to 30 days in advance and can be accepted up until the day of the event.
▶Please note that prepayments are non-refundable.

① Private Room Plan
Store admission ticket + ¥10,000 (maximum of 3 people per group)
② Birthday Plus
Store admission ticket + ¥15,000.
③ Private Room Plan
Groups with children under 6 years old must use the private room plan.
Regular plans are not available.
③ ¥100,000 (Weekdays) / ¥150,000 (Holidays)

Private reservations are accepted two months in advance.
Staff will check availability and send you a link for prepayment.

【Important Notes When Visiting】
▶All tickets are for one hour (including entry and exit). Late arrivals will not be granted an extension.
▶Our shop operates on a strict rotation system. Entry begins five minutes before the scheduled time. There is no waiting area, so you must line up outside before entering. Exit is five minutes before closing time.
▶Please be sure to read the terms and conditions before enjoying the shop.
Please note that due to Samoyed circumstances, there may be fewer animals in the shop.
