【Important Notes for Visitors】
▶All tickets are for a 1-hour period (including entry and exit). Even if you are late, we cannot extend your time.

▶Our shop operates on a complete turnover system. You will be admitted 5 minutes before your scheduled time. There is no waiting area; please line up outside before entering. You must leave 5 minutes before closing time.

▶Please be sure to check the terms and conditions before enjoying your visit.

Please understand that due to circumstances with the Samoyeds, they may not be in the shop at all times, or there may be fewer dogs available.
