At MAISON MARUNOUCHI, a French bistro featured in the 2025 Michelin Guide Tokyo, Chef Raul Saví prepares exquisite courses using seasonal ingredients carefully selected from Japan, France, and Italy. Highlights include the Soufflé Suisse made with 12-month aged Comté and truffle, Lobster Ravioli with Bisque and Green Peas topped with Osetra caviar, and Beef Wellington made with 14-day aged Hokkaido beef tenderloin, served with a peppercorn sauce. The bistro’s warm and inviting atmosphere evokes the charm of a Parisian bistro, creating a glamorous and romantic experience.
