【Regarding Reservation Changes & Cancellations】
Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee. For hotel guests, this fee will be charged to their room bill. For non-guests, payment must be made via bank transfer. Please note that any transfer fees must be borne by the customer.

• Advance reservations are required for all spa services.
• For safety reasons, pregnant guests are only permitted if they are between 16 and 27 weeks of gestation. The only available treatments for them are facial or foot therapies performed while lying on their back.
• Spa services are available only to guests aged 18 and above. However, guests aged 16 or older may also use the services provided they present written consent from a parent or guardian.
• Individuals with hypertension, allergies, infectious diseases, or other medical conditions should consult the spa prior to making a reservation. Alcohol consumption before treatment is also prohibited.
• Persons with infectious diseases or those wearing medical electronic devices such as pacemakers may not be eligible for certain treatments.
• Payment can be made either by charging to your room bill or via credit card; cash payments are not accepted.
• Same-day reservations can be made by phone. Even if online booking shows no availability, we may still be able to accommodate you. For details, please contact us by phone or email.
