[Regarding Changes and Cancellations to Reservations]
Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee. For hotel guests, payment will be charged to your room. For non-hotel guests, payment is required via bank transfer. Please note that bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

* This spa operates on a reservation-only basis.
* For safety reasons, pregnant clients are limited to those between 16 and 27 weeks of pregnancy.
The only treatments available are facial or foot therapy performed while lying on your back.
* This spa is for clients 18 years of age and older. However, this restriction does not apply to those 16 years of age or older with parental consent.
* If you have high blood pressure, allergies, infectious diseases, or other medical conditions, please consult the spa before making a reservation. Please also refrain from consuming alcohol before treatment.
* Clients with infectious diseases or those wearing pacemakers or other medical electronic devices may not be able to receive treatment.
* Payment at our spa is by room charge or credit card; cash is not accepted.

・Same-day reservations are accepted by phone. Even if it shows as fully booked online, we may still be able to accommodate you. Please contact us by phone or email for details.
