These bonbons come in two flavors: strawberry and milk chocolate. The heart-shaped strawberry chocolate is made with Valrhona white chocolate and sweet and sour strawberry puree. Vanilla paste with a hint of lemon is also added, creating a refreshingly tart taste with a hint of vanilla, creating a refreshing experience. The milk chocolate is made with Valrhona milk chocolate, which melts easily in your mouth, and the ganache is accented with salt. The sweetness is firmed, leaving a pleasant aftertaste.

The ``cheesecake'' is baked using fresh cream and cream cheese from Hokkaido, and the bottom is covered with buttery cookies, giving it a smooth, rich taste and crunchy texture. The top is finished with fluffy sponge crumb.

A rich and melt-in-your-mouth mousse cake made with France's Valrhona's Guanara, known as the highest quality black chocolate, and Jivara Lacte, a white chocolate with a rich vanilla scent. A crunchy cocoa cookie is placed under the mousse to add an accent to the texture.

At the take-out deli "Fresh Connection," a Hilton Tokyo Bay original baked confectionery of French origin, "Tigre," created by a pastry chef, will be available from August. The moist dough is made with almond butter and burnt butter, and is topped with four types of chocolate ganache (coffee, matcha, strawberry, and miso), creating a rich-tasting Tigre.
