・If you wish to use the facility for more people than the capacity of the facility allows, please come directly to the Okuma Recreation Base counter to make a reservation.
・For non-guests, please come directly to the reception desk at Okuma Recreation Base as fees and information may change.
・Please make sure to carefully read the information about the menu you wish to reserve before making your reservation.
・Menu contents, prices, etc. may change without prior notice.
・Cancellation fees are 50% the day before and 100% on the day.
・For eco-tours, if you arrive late, your reservation will be cancelled. For handmade workshops and tennis, if you arrive 15 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled. Please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late.
・Payment can be made by room charge, cash, QR code payment (PayPay), or credit card.
・Prices shown include consumption tax.
