[Notes on using the activity menu]

・If you wish to use the facility for more people than the capacity of the facility allows, please come directly to the Okuma Recreation Base counter to make a reservation.
・For non-guests, please come directly to the reception desk at Okuma Recreation Base as fees and information may change.
・Please make sure to carefully read the information about the menu you wish to reserve before making your reservation.
・Menu contents, prices, etc. may change without prior notice.
・Cancellation fees are 50% the day before and 100% on the day.
・For eco-tours, if you arrive late, your reservation will be cancelled. For handmade workshops and tennis, if you arrive 15 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled. Please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late.
・Payment can be made by room charge, cash, QR code payment (PayPay), or credit card.
・Prices shown include consumption tax.

・The price includes the cost of equipment (rackets and balls).
・We also have rackets for children available, but the number is limited.
・There are no vending machines around the tennis courts, so please be sure to bring your own drinks.
・This is an outdoor court and there is no roof or shade. In summer, please take measures against heat stroke such as bringing a hat or towel.
・If you are 15 minutes late for your desired reservation time, we may have to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late.
・A maximum of four people (four rackets) can use one court. If you have more than four people, please come directly to Okuma Recreation Base.
・Please note that as this is a hard court, it cannot be used in the rain or when the court is wet.
