【入口】
ビル正面口は別店舗となっており、ビル内からはご案内出来かねます。
ビル横にございますエレベーターホールより、８階レセプションまでお越しくださいませ。

【キャンセルポリシー】
前日、当日のご予約キャンセルは必ず店舗へ直接お電話いただきますようお願いいたします。ネットからキャンセルの場合、キャンセル料がかかる旨よろしくお願い致します。
ご予約のお時間15分を過ぎてご連絡が取れない場合はやむを得ずキャンセル扱いとさせていただく場合がございますので遅れる場合は必ずご連絡下さい。

【Private Rooms】
Should you wish to reserve a private dining room, please contact us by phone.
• For 3 to 6 guests → Room charge: ¥5,000 (¥6,050 incl. tax and service charge)
• For 7 or more guests → Room charge: ¥5,000 (¥6,050 incl. tax and service charge) ※ Exclusive use of the 9th floor
• For 7 or more guests → Room charge: ¥8,000 (¥9,680 incl. tax and service charge) ※ Exclusive use of the 10th-floor premium dining area

【Dining with Children】
To ensure a relaxed atmosphere in which all our guests can enjoy their dining experience and wine, we welcome children only when dining in a private room or when accompanied by a party of three or more adults.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation so that all our guests may enjoy a pleasant dining experience.

【Allergies & Dietary Requirements】
We will do our utmost to accommodate food allergies and other dietary requirements.
Please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions, including the number of guests concerned. Unfortunately, we may not be able to accommodate requests made on the day of your visit.
Please also note that we may be unable to accommodate certain dietary requests during special periods, such as the Christmas season.

【Dress Code & Seating Requests】
While we do not have a formal dress code, we kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing strong perfumes, colognes, or heavily scented hair products, so that everyone may fully appreciate the aromas of the food and wine.
To ensure the best possible dining experience for all our guests, we are unable to accept requests for specific tables or seating locations, including window-side, terrace, or corner tables.

【Entrance】
Please note that the main entrance of the building belongs to another establishment, and our restaurant cannot be accessed from inside the building.
Please use the elevator hall located at the side of the building and proceed directly to our reception on the 8th floor.

【Cancellation Policy】
For cancellations made on the day before or on the day of your reservation, please contact the restaurant directly by phone.
Please note that cancellations made online may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your reservation time and we are unable to reach you, we may unfortunately have to treat your reservation as cancelled. Please be sure to contact us if you expect to be late.
