【Event】TRIMBACH Winemaker's Dinner〈Prepayment〉
A one-night-only gastronomic experience where two aesthetic sensibilities—Chinese and French cuisine—meet.

The dishes crafted by French Executive Chef Olivier Rodriguez and "Xiang Tao" Head Chef Takashi Minakami create a delicate harmony centered on texture and contrast, their true value vividly revealed through their dialogue with wine.

On the day of the event, we welcome Jean Trimbach, the 12th generation head of the prestigious Alsatian winery "Trimbach," to delve into his worldview and charm. Highlights include a magnum bottle of Riesling Grand Cru Geisberg, and Clos Ste. Hune, which Mr. Trimbach himself describes as "there is no greater icon." Enjoy a special dinner that offers an experience value beyond mere wine pairing.
