【Reservation】
▶After the reservation is completed, the reservation date and time cannot be changed.
▶All tickets are for one hour.
*This includes the time when you enter and leave the store.
▶If you wish to stay for more than two hours, please purchase tickets for multiple consecutive slots.
▶Regular tickets can be reserved online from one month before the date and time of use up to 15 minutes before.
*Advance payment is required at the time of reservation.
▶Private plans can be reserved online from two months before the date and time of use up to 15 minutes before.
*You will need to enter your card information when making a reservation, but you will pay the fee at the store when you arrive.
▶If you wish to reserve a private plan, please select 10 people on the reservation form due to the system specifications.

【Admission restrictions】
If the following applies to you, you will not be able to enter. In that case, we will not be able to refund you, so please be sure to check.
(We appreciate your understanding in order to ensure the safety of our customers and Samoyeds.)
▶We do not allow customers under the age of 15 to enter the store.
*You may enter if accompanied by a guardian. Parents are responsible for keeping an eye on their children.
▶We do not allow customers under 110cm tall to enter the store.
▶We do not allow pets to enter the store.
▶We do not allow people who have been drinking alcohol to enter the store.
▶Customers who use wheelchairs can only enter the store if accompanied by an assistant and the wheelchair is left at the reception desk.

【Other】
▶Pregnant customers and customers using crutches or walking sticks should take care at their own risk to avoid injury or accidents.
▶Even if you enter the store after your reservation time, your departure time will be the end of your reserved time slot.
▶You will be allowed to enter after the previous customer has left the store.
There is no waiting area, so please arrive at the scheduled reservation time.
