**[Reservations]**
▶ After a reservation is confirmed, the date and time cannot be changed.
▶ All tickets are valid for a 1-hour period.
　※ This includes the time it takes for guests to enter and exit.
▶ Those wishing to stay for more than 2 hours must purchase multiple consecutive time slots.
▶ Regular tickets can be reserved online from one month up to 15 minutes prior to the desired date and time.
　※ Advance payment is required at the time of booking.
▶ Private party packages can be reserved online from two months up to 15 minutes prior to the desired date and time.
　※ Although credit card information is required during booking, payment must be made in cash upon arrival.
▶ Due to system limitations, those wishing to book a private party package must select “10 people” in the reservation form.

**[Entry Restrictions]**
Entry will be denied under the following circumstances. No refunds will be issued in such cases, so please ensure you meet all requirements.
(For the safety of both guests and Samoyeds, we kindly ask for your understanding.)
▶ Guests under the age of 15 are not permitted to enter.
　※ Children may enter if accompanied by a guardian. Please ensure children remain under adult supervision at all times.
▶ Guests under 110 cm in height are not permitted to enter.
▶ Pets are not allowed inside.
▶ Individuals under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to enter.
▶ Guests using wheelchairs may enter only if accompanied by an assistant and provided they leave their wheelchair at the reception desk.
　Those wishing to enter while remaining in their wheelchair should visit our Machida branch instead.

**[Miscellaneous]**
▶ Pregnant guests or those using crutches/walkers must exercise extreme caution to prevent injuries or accidents; this is done at your own risk.
▶ Even if you arrive after your scheduled time, you must still leave by the end of your reserved time slot.
▶ Entry will only be granted after guests from the previous time slot have departed.
　There is no waiting area, so please arrive precisely at your scheduled time.

**[Disclaimer]**
It is possible for guests’ personal belongings or clothing to become soiled due to Samoyeds’ playful biting, drool, or waste. There is also a risk of injury from teeth or claws. We cannot assume responsibility for any injuries, damage, or soiling resulting from interactions with the Samoyeds. Please understand this and engage with them at your own risk.
