●Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows, calculated from your scheduled appointment time:
・24 hours prior: 100% of the course fee
・72 hours prior: 50% of the course fee

●If we are unable to contact you 20 minutes after your scheduled reservation time, we may unfortunately have to treat it as a cancellation. Please contact us immediately if you will be late.
●For reservations of 9 or more guests, please inquire via email. (Groups of up to 20 guests are possible.)
●We are unable to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal, or similar dietary requests.
●We do not offer an à la carte menu.
● We do not accommodate requests for grilling.
● Children under 8 years old are not permitted.
● A 10% service charge applies. Please be advised.
● Credit card registration is for deposit purposes only, not payment. Payment is due on-site on the day of your visit.
● We are unable to accommodate seat requests or preferences. Thank you for your understanding.
●Are you certain your reservation is for the Niseko location (labeled as Niseko), and not for Tokyo or Kyoto (which are not labeled as Niseko)?
