● Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees for reservations are calculated as follows, based on the scheduled arrival date and time:
・24 hours prior: 100% of the course fee
・72 hours prior: 50% of the course fee

● If we are unable to reach you 20 minutes after your reserved time, the reservation may be treated as canceled. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
● For reservations of 13 or more people, please inquire via email. Groups of up to 20 people are also welcome.
● We cannot accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal, or similar dietary requests.
● No à la carte menu is available.
● Requests such as grilling dishes cannot be accommodated.
● Children under 8 years of age are not permitted to enter.
● A 10% service charge applies. Please note this in advance.
● Credit card registration does not constitute payment; payment must be made on-site on the day of your visit.
● Seat selection or special requests cannot be accommodated, so please understand.
● Please confirm that you are making a reservation at the Niseko restaurant (marked “Niseko”), not at the Tokyo or Kyoto locations (where “Niseko” is not mentioned).
