About Reservations
▶ Lunch courses are available from 12:00 PM (Fridays and Saturdays only),

Dinner is available at 7:00 PM, 7:30 PM, or 8:00 PM.

▶We prepare our food so that it is in the best condition for you to enjoy.

If you are going to be late, please contact the restaurant in advance.

▶Please note that if you are late, we may have to rush your meal or we may not be able to serve you the food.

▶If we are unable to contact you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation.

▶Please note that we cannot accommodate vegetarians, vegans, or those who cannot eat seafood in general.

If you have many other food allergies, we may not be able to accommodate you, so please contact us in advance.

▶Please note that we cannot accommodate changes to your allergies or food preferences on the day of your reservation.

▶For reservations of 7 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly.

▶We will seat you in the main dining room on the first floor or in a private room on the second floor. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the situation on the day.

▶If we are unable to contact you after your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you will be late.

▶The credit card information you entered when making your reservation will only be used to charge a cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation date or if you cancel without notice on the day.

▶Payment must be made on-site (cash, credit card, or contactless payment).

▶If you use a JCB, debit card, or some prepaid cards, the payment will be deducted at the time of confirmation, but the refund will be processed approximately 1-2 months after your visit.

About Children
▶High chairs and other amenities are not available.
▶There are no children's menus for lunch, dinner, or the wine bar.

About Cancellations

▶Cancellations up to three days before your reservation are free of charge.

▶For cancellations two days before your reservation, 50% of the course fee + tax (per person) will be charged.

For cancellations the day before or on the day of your reservation, 100% of the course fee + tax (per person) will be charged.
This charge will generally be applied regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Cancellations related to COVID-19 will also be subject to this charge.
