AC HOUSE is a small restaurant where you can enjoy seasonal dishes and wine around a large table.

With each changing season, the menu at AC HOUSE also changes slightly.

We offer a course menu featuring seasonal seafood and vegetables, charcoal-grilled dishes, and handmade pasta—dishes we want you to enjoy at that time of year.

It's a restaurant, yet it feels like you've been invited to someone's home.

Reservations
▶Courses are available for lunch from 12:00 (Fri) and (Sat) only,
and for dinner from 19:00 / 19:30 / 20:00.

▶We prepare our dishes to ensure they are served in the best possible condition.

Please contact the restaurant in advance if you will be late.

▶Please note that if you are late, we may have to rush your meal or we may not be able to serve your food.

▶If we are unable to contact you 30 minutes after your reservation time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation.

▶We are unable to accommodate vegetarians, vegans, or anyone who cannot eat seafood.

Please also inform us in advance if you have multiple food allergies, as we may not be able to accommodate them.

▶Please note that we cannot accommodate changes to allergies or disliked ingredients on the day of your reservation.

▶For reservations of 7 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly.

▶Seating will be in the main dining area on the 1st floor or in a private room on the 2nd floor. Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the situation on the day.

▶If we are unable to contact you 30 minutes after your reservation time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
▶ The credit card information you provide when making your reservation will only be used to charge a cancellation fee for cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation date or for no-shows on the day of your reservation.

▶ Payment is by on-site payment only. (Cash, credit card, or contactless payment)

▶ If you use a debit card such as Jaccs or one of the prepaid cards, the payment will be deducted at the time of reservation confirmation, but a refund will be processed approximately 1-2 months after your visit.


Regarding Children
▶ We do not provide high chairs or similar equipment.

▶ We do not have children's menus for lunch, dinner, or the wine bar.


Regarding Cancellations

▶ Cancellations made up to 3 days before your reservation date are free of charge.


▶ For cancellations made two days prior to the reservation date, a charge of 50% of the course price + tax (per person) will be applied.

For cancellations made the day before or on the day of the reservation, a charge of 100% of the course price + tax (per person) will be applied.

These charges will apply regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Cancellations related to COVID-19 are also subject to these charges.
