If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation without prior notice, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

[Important Notes Regarding Food Allergy Management at Hotel-Operated Facilities]
* Dishes offered as "Food Allergy-Friendly Menus" will focus on the eight specified allergens (※1) that are required to be labeled (eggs, milk, wheat, buckwheat, peanuts, shrimp, crab, and walnuts).
* For other allergens, we will provide support to the extent possible within the scope of our knowledge.
(※1) While the number of specified allergens increased to nine with the addition of "cashew nuts" on April 1, 2026, the labeling grace period is until March 31, 2028, and since ingredient confirmation is not possible, we will stick to eight items.

* "Food Allergy-Friendly Menus" are prepared in the same kitchen as other dishes containing allergens, and the same cooking utensils and washing equipment are used, so there is a possibility of allergen contamination.

Furthermore, when serving buffet dishes, the tongs and tableware used are the same as those used for multiple dishes containing allergens. Please be aware that cross-contamination (*2) may occur if customers use the same tongs to pick up multiple dishes, and that tongs and tableware may come into contact with foods containing allergens.

(*2) This refers to cases where trace amounts of allergens are accidentally included in food production, even if they are not used as raw materials.
