▶Reservations that fail to show within 15 minutes will be released for walk-in guests. All members in your party must be present before being seated.

▶Please note that the seating is limited for 2 hours (buffet is limited for 90mins).
▶The menu details and prices may change without prior notice depending on the supply and seasonal conditions.
▶The prices listed are subject to 10% service charge.
※Please note that the service charge at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono’s restaurants will be revised from 10% to 12%, effective date is on December 1st 2023.
▶We kindly request that all guests refrain from wearing the following garments at The Lounge: Ski boots, Hotel robes, Male sportswear such as training jerseys, tank tops or other sleeveless garments.

▶Cancellation policy
-Cancellation made on the day of the reservation or no-show will be charged ¥5,500 yen per person for normal operation.
-Cancellation made on the day of the reservation or no-show without prior notice will be charged 100% of the pre-ordered price per person (including children).
-Cancellations made one day before of a reservation will be charged 50% per person and made on that day or no-show will be charged 100% per person for special course/buffet menu during Christmas season, year-end/new-year season.
