▶Advance reservations open 30 days prior to your desired date and can be made up to the day of your visit.
▶Please note that refunds are not available for advance payments after booking.

①Store usage ticket + ¥10,000 (maximum 4 people per group)
②Store usage ticket + ¥15,000

If you have children under 6 years old, we recommend the Private Room Plan.
③¥100,000 (Weekdays) / ¥150,000 (Weekends)
Private rental plans can be booked up to 2 months in advance.
Our staff will check availability and send you a link for advance payment.
【Important Notes for Visitors】
▶All tickets are for a 1-hour period (including entry and exit). Even if you are late, we cannot extend your time.
▶Our shop operates on a complete turnover system. You will be admitted 5 minutes before your scheduled time. There is no waiting area; please line up outside before entering. You must leave 5 minutes before closing time.
▶Please be sure to check the terms and conditions before enjoying your visit.
Please understand that due to circumstances with the Samoyeds, there may be times when they are not in the shop or when there are fewer dogs available.
