▶ Advance reservations are available 30 days in advance and can be accepted up until the day of your visit.
▶ Please note that we do not offer refunds for prepayments after reservations have been made.

【① Private Room Plan ② Birthday Plan ③ Private Rental Plan】
① Store Ticket + ¥10,000 (maximum of 3 people per group)
② Store Ticket + ¥15,000.
※If you would like to use one of the above plans, please contact us via our official LINE account.

Groups with children 6 and under are required to use the private room plan.
Entry is not permitted with the standard plan only.

③ ¥100,000 (Weekdays) / ¥150,000 (Weekends)
Private reservations are accepted two months in advance.
Staff will check availability and send you a link for prepayment.

【Important Notes for Visiting】
▶All tickets are for one hour (including entry and exit). Late arrivals will not be granted an extension.
▶Our shop operates on a strict rotation system. Entry begins five minutes before the scheduled time. There is no waiting area; you must line up outside before entering. Exit is five minutes before closing.
▶Please be sure to read the terms and conditions before enjoying the shop.
Please note that due to Samoyed circumstances, there may be fewer dogs in the shop.
