Savor each one’s unique flavor through sashimi, shabu-shabu, boiling, grilling, and more—experiencing all the delights of crab to the fullest. *The Hokkaido snow crabs are live crabs sourced from the Sea of Okhotsk.

We prepare the “Kanazawa crab,” a symbol of winter in the Hokuriku region, while it’s still alive, along with “Koshiiwa crabs” brimming with richly flavored roe.
This special crab-centric course can only be enjoyed in Kanazawa during winter.
