■ Recommendation to Register on Your My Page
We recommend registering on your My Page through table check before making a reservation. Please use this service to ensure a smooth reservation process.


■ Cancellation Policy
Regardless of the reason, cancellations after the following times will incur a cancellation fee. Please be sure to check this.
Day before … 50% of the fee
On the day … 100% of the fee
For plates with candy decorations, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied if canceled one week or later from the reservation date.
■ Business Hours and Entry Time

Afternoon session: 12:00–17:00

Evening session: 18:00–24:00
※ Both sessions start simultaneously. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before start time.

■ Notes When Making a Reservation

We will do our best to accommodate seat requests, but it may not be possible to meet all requests.

If you fail to contact us 15 minutes after your reserved time, it may be treated as a cancellation.

You can use the service without making a reservation on the day, but we recommend confirming by phone in advance to secure a seat.

Depending on inventory, it may not be possible to prepare your desired menu.

■ Usage Instructions

We ask that you order one dish and one drink per person.
※ Afternoon tea does not include tea.

The doors are closed during the evening session. The password will be sent via SMS the day before, so please be sure to check it.

If you have allergies, please write them down in the “Special Requests” section of the reservation form.

■ Private Room Usage
Apart from the following guests, a **private room fee (tax included: 5,000 yen)** will be charged for using a private room.

Constellation members
BLACK members

Cash payments are not accepted.

Payment is made upon arrival at the venue.
