• Please note that seat requests cannot be accommodated.
• Guests will be seated at terrace tables.
• Children aged 5 and under are free; those aged 6 and over are charged the full plan fee.

◆ In case of rain or strong winds ◆

If it is raining, or if there is a high likelihood of rain, strong winds, or thunderstorms, the terrace area will be closed.
• If operations must be suspended due to rain on the day, an announcement will be posted on the
official website or on the
official X account for HUB Sakuragicho Crossgate approximately two hours before opening time. Please check these sources.
• Should sudden rain or strong winds occur during operating hours and make continued operation impossible, the same measures will be taken.
• No refunds will be issued even if guests leave early due to rain or strong winds. Please understand this in advance.

• Guests under 20 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian. Groups consisting only of underage guests cannot be served.
• Menus may change without notice.
• Payment must be made upon entry.
• Seat changes cannot be accommodated. Please understand.
• There may be times when sunlight is extremely intense; please take precautions.
◆ Prohibited Activities ◆
• Drunk driving and alcohol consumption by those under 20 are illegal. We cannot serve alcohol to anyone driving a car, motorcycle (including passengers), bicycle, or to anyone under 20 years of age.
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises; please smoke only in the designated smoking booths inside the building.
◆ Reservation Changes & Cancellations ◆
Cancellations on the day of the reservation will incur a full charge.
(No cancellation fee applies if cancellation is requested prior to the reserved date and time.)
