食感のアクセントには、香ばしいナッツのクリスタリゼやマロン入りダックワーズを添え、涼やかなカシスヨーグルトアイスとラベンダージュレが深まる秋の風味を引き立てます。

“Gourmand” (from the French gourmand) means a lover of good food. We’ve prepared an 8-piece sweets assortment to enjoy alongside your drinks, featuring a variety of flavors.
From September through November, we’ve lavishly scattered seasonal autumn ingredients: mini parfaits with chestnuts and grapes, a tart topped with fresh figs, and a sweet potato macaron made with Naruto Kintoki—known for its rich sweetness and fluffy texture. We’ve also balanced the selection with locally sourced highlights, such as a rich, silky baked cheesecake made generously with fromage frais from Yuge Farm (selected in person by our pastry chef) and a mousse made with multifloral honey from Hyogo Prefecture.
