Prenota a 麦と麺助(FastPass)

Si applica una tassa di prenotazione di ¥ 800 a persona a tutte le prenotazioni ed è non rimborsabile indipendentemente dai motivi di cancellazione o errori.
**[What is a FastPass?]**
By purchasing a FastPass at a specified time, you’ll be placed at the front of the line for that time slot. Purchases can also be made on the same day!
※ This does not constitute a seat reservation. During busy periods or if customers who dined earlier are still present, there may be some waiting time.
For regular operating hours, reservations are not mandatory. Walk-ins on the same day are still welcome; if all slots are sold out, please come to the store directly.

Purchase rules
● Up to 3 people can purchase a FastPass each.
● The FastPass is valid only for those planning to eat one bowl of ramen.
● Children must also be included in the total number of guests when making a reservation.
※ Children carried in arms or in strollers are not permitted. This rule exists because hot soup could cause injuries to children, and there’s no space to store strollers inside the shop.
● Even if you’ve purchased a FastPass, we cannot guarantee that you’ll be able to sit next to each other.
● At 20:00 each day, FastPass slots for the next 7 days become available.
● Late arrivals after the designated time cannot be accommodated. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your FastPass becomes invalid, and you’ll have to join the regular queue at the very back. Please keep this in mind.
● Everyone in your group must be present upon arrival; we do not allow waiting for a group leader.

FastPass purchasers should enter the store and show the staff the email confirming their FastPass purchase.
Those who purchase on the same day should also inform the staff accordingly.
As soon as a seat becomes available, you will be given priority seating.
In addition to the ¥800 per person FastPass fee, please pay for meals on the day of visit using cash at the ticket vending machines.
※Refunds for the FastPass fee are not available.
