**[What is a FastPass?]**
By purchasing a FastPass at a specified time, you’ll be placed at the front of the line for that time slot. Purchases can also be made on the same day!
※ This is not a seat reservation service. During busy periods or depending on how long other customers stay after their meal, there may still be some waiting time.
For regular operating hours, reservations are not mandatory. Walk-ins are still welcome on the day; if all slots are booked, please come to the store directly.

Purchase rules
● Purchases can be made for 1 to 3 people.
● FastPasses are available only for those planning to eat one bowl of ramen.
● Children must also be included in the total number of guests when making a reservation.
※ Children carried in arms or in strollers are not permitted. This rule exists because hot soup could cause injuries to children, and there’s no space to store strollers inside the shop.
● Even if you’ve purchased a FastPass, we cannot guarantee that you’ll be seated next to each other.
● Reservations can be made up to one week in advance.
● Late arrivals after the designated time cannot be accommodated. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your FastPass becomes invalid and you’ll have to join the regular queue at the very back. Please keep this in mind.
● Everyone in your group must be present upon arrival; we do not allow waiting for absent members.
