Please note that if we do not hear from you within 20 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, we will be forced to cancel your appointment. (Even if you arrive late, your appointment will still be considered for the full duration of your reservation.)
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival time, a cancellation fee of 100% of the plan will be charged. Reservation changes on the day are not possible.
