Please note that if we do not hear from you within 20 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, we will be forced to cancel your appointment. (Even if you arrive late, your appointment will still be considered for the full duration of your reservation.)
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival time, a cancellation fee of 100% of the plan will be charged. Reservation changes on the day are not possible.

Please note that if excessive food is left over, a 2,000 yen charge will be made per person.

Please use the reservation system to make any changes to your reservation, such as time or number of people. We do not accept changes via email or Instagram DM.

A cancellation fee of 3,000 yen will be charged if you cancel 24 hours prior to your reservation time.
If you show up at the store, the 3,000 yen fee will not be charged.

If the number of people increases, we can accommodate you if there are seats available.
