To celebrate our restaurant's five consecutive years of being featured in the world-renowned Gault & Millau restaurant guide, which originated in France, we will be hosting a one-night-only gourmet event in collaboration with FAN x DALCUORE in Takasaki, Gunma Prefecture, which has also been featured for five consecutive years. The chefs of both restaurants, who are committed to using Gunma's local ingredients, will create a special menu for this one night only, including their signature dishes, to provide a memorable and unforgettable culinary feast.

Fan Dalcuore has offered unparalleled fusion cuisine, blending the unique styles of Chinese chef Hiroaki Hoshino and Italian chef Nobutomo Suzuki. Following Chef Suzuki's passing, Chef Yukari Tomioka has inherited his spirit, and together with sommelier Miki Hoshino, continues to deliver consistently high-quality flavors to customers. This time, you can enjoy a variety of dishes, including the signature "Deconstructed and Reconstructed Caprese," dishes featuring venison hunted by Chef Hoshino himself, and innovative French "Joshu Cuisine" dishes using carefully selected local ingredients, all paired with drinks.
