近年のトレンド「シメパフェ」をTIME NEST BAR LOUNGE独自の視点で、バーラウンジならではの洗練された一品へとアレンジ。バーラウンジのアイデンティティである「時を忘れるような体験」と、そこから生まれる「日常からの脱却」をテーマに名づけられた、「ミッドナイトエスケープ」。
柑橘の爽やかさと濃厚なチョコレート、こだわりのコーヒーフレーバーが織りなす、甘さとほろ苦さが重なる大人のための深いテイストに仕上げています。表参道駅直結、地下に潜む都会の喧騒から離れたラグジュアリーな空間で、お酒の余韻とともにナイトシーンを美しく飾る、大人のための甘美なトリート(ご褒美)をご堪能ください。

「ミッドナイトエスケープパルフェ」
マティーニグラスの中に美しく重ねられたのは、バーラウンジにふさわしい、ビターで洗練された大人のための味わい。
パフェの下層には、爽やかなオレンジジャムと、主役の味わいであるザストリングス表参道オリジナルブレンドのコーヒー豆を使用した、香り高いコーヒーゼリーをしのばせ、まろやかなホイップクリームを重ねました。その上には、ザクザクとした食感のクランブルや、バニラ香るチョコレートを配し、濃厚なチョコレートアイスと、お口直しにも心地よい酸味のオレンジソルベをオン。さらに鮮やかなオレンジやイチジクのコンポートを贅沢に飾り、トップには、チョコレートを大胆にあしらいました。
食べ進めるごとに、甘さとほろ苦さ、柑橘の爽やかな香りが複雑に溶け合う贅沢な味わいをご堪能いただけます。
