Yamagata Beef Steak — Sumi Kaiseki: A5 Yamagata beef sirloin ¥16,500 or fillet ¥27,500. Recommended for large groups; spacious private rooms are available.
For a special day, to express gratitude to someone important, or as a reward for yourself, we have prepared a special meat kaiseki. This course includes an appetizer, sashimi, a simmered dish, and a steak of the finest Yamagata Beef A5. The steak is served with a main course either alongside or afterward, and the meal concludes with a refreshing fruit dessert. We offer Yamagata Beef A5 Sirloin (juicy and flavorful) for ¥16,500 and Yamagata Beef A5 Filet (delicate and silky) for ¥27,500. Private rooms are available, including Japanese-style table seats, horigotatsu (sunken kotatsu) rooms that are comfortable for long meals, and Western-style private rooms. ★Please let us know whether you prefer Sirloin or Filet when you make your reservation.
