Enjoy a spring lunch on the terrace of our hotel in a quiet location in Takeda Castle Town, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You can enjoy everything from appetizers made from rainbow trout from Tajima, which is in season in spring, to a potage of new onions, a main dish of fish or Tajima chicken, chocolate blanc and citrus desserts, small sweets, and a cafe. Enjoy an elegant tea time on the open terrace for a reward lunch or gathering with friends.
