You can enjoy everything from appetizers made from rainbow trout from Tajima, which is in season in spring, to a potage of new onions, a main dish of fish or Tajima chicken, chocolate blanc and citrus desserts, small sweets, and a cafe. Enjoy an elegant tea time on the open terrace for a reward lunch or gathering with friends.
