Starting Tuesday, August 12, enjoy “Omakase by Akira Back” at Akira Back. Drawing on the Edo‑mae tradition, this omakase course is crafted with the chef’s refined technique and sense of balance, and served in an exclusive eight‑seat omakase bar. Experience a culinary journey guided by each piece of sushi—an exquisite flow of flavor curated for today.

Tuesday - Saturday Dinner (Sunday, Monday off)

◾Seating Times: 5:30 PM / 6:00 PM / 6:30 PM / 7:00 PM / 7:30 PM
-Reservations available every 30 minutes
-Each seating is limited to 2 hours from the reserved time
