Drawing on the Edo‑mae tradition, this omakase course is crafted with the chef’s refined technique and sense of balance, and served in an exclusive eight‑seat omakase bar. Experience a culinary journey guided by each piece of sushi—an exquisite flow of flavor curated for today.
