▶ Payment will be charged on the day of your visit to the credit card registered at the time of booking. On-site payment is not available.

▶ If you arrive late or leave early, you will be charged the full amount.

▶ If the number of guests changes after making a reservation, please update the number on the TableCheck reservation page. If the number of guests is reduced on the day of the visit without updating the reservation, you will still be charged for the originally reserved number of guests.

▶ Depending on the health condition of the capybaras, the café may be closed on the day despite having a confirmed reservation. In such cases, we will notify you via TableCheck. Additionally, please note that feeding or interacting with the capybaras may be restricted.

▶ We do not cover any medical expenses or compensation for injuries resulting from contact with the capybaras. We also do not compensate for any damage or staining to clothing.

▶ Only guests aged 5 or older are permitted to enter; children aged 5 to 12 must be accompanied by a guardian. Please note that a fee applies to all accompanying guests as well.

▶ Forgotten items will be kept for one week only. Guests are kindly requested to collect them during café operating hours. Please note that we do not offer shipping or delivery services for lost items.
