[About Chaka]
Chaka's pancakes are made to order using the master chef's unique flour blend, fresh Hokkaido milk, and buttermilk. Therefore, it takes some time to prepare them. We can prepare up to four servings at a time, which takes approximately 20 minutes. Please check your schedule for the day before making a reservation. During busy hours, it may take longer. Thank you for your understanding.

Reservations begin: 8:00 PM the day before
Reservation times: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (closing at 6:00 PM)
Number of people: 1 to 4

▶Currently, preschool children are not allowed.

▶There is no bicycle parking or car parking available.
▶Please arrive with everyone present by your reservation time.
▶We may refuse reservations or entry in the following cases.</red></b> Simultaneous booking for multiple people / Repeated booking and cancellation, changes, updates / Combination of online booking and walk-in (first-come, first-served), booking practice, immediate cancellation at the start of booking / Booking under a false name / Cancellation one hour before the reservation time
▶We do not accept requests for specific seats. Thank you for your understanding.

▶If you are not all present by the time of your reservation, your reservation will be cancelled. (This will affect other customers' reservations.) If you do not contact us, you will not be able to use our services again. A cancellation fee will apply.

▶︎In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged for the menu selected at the time of booking. Thank you for your understanding.

▶︎During busy periods, seat usage may be limited to 90 minutes from the reservation time.
