<About reservation cancellations, changes, and returns>
▶Depending on the reservation details and conditions, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
▶If it is past 18:00 the day before your reservation, please contact the phone number listed on the [Reservation confirmation page] directly. Please note that cancellations other than by phone will not be accepted after the cancellation procedure period has passed.
▶If you are late for the pick-up date and time without contacting us, your order will be automatically canceled and we will not be able to refund your money. Please note this in advance.
▶We cannot accept changes to products or quantities after a reservation has been made. If you wish to make a change, please cancel your reservation and make a new one.
▶Please note that due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience.
