Omakase course
The course menu features seasonal produce from Toyama Bay, known as a "natural fish tank." Based on traditional techniques, the menu also features the unique ideas of a sushi chef who has worked in Europe, allowing you to fully enjoy the cutting-edge sushi scene in the Hokuriku region.
